Victory is a church with a passion to help you know God and grow in your relationships so that you can discover your purpose and impact the world. We believe that church isn’t just a building you walk into, but a family you can belong to; so church is where you are!
Wherever You Are In Life, You Matter And You Have A Purpose!
We want to help you become the person God has created you to be. Your journey has a next step and we’ll help you find it. It could start with serving, finding God’s vision for your life, giving, or joining us regularly.
You don’t have to take the next step alone. With a strong community of friends, you can laugh, grow, and serve with people who genuinely care about you. Find a group to join you on your journey.
Strong Families Start With Solid Foundations.
That’s why we partner with parents to help raise the next generation to become followers of Christ. Your children and teens have opportunities throughout the week to grow relationships with each other and with God.
We Are Passionate About Serving The Global Community And Demonstrating God’s Love To Others.
Whether in person or online, individually or in groups, within our church and around the world, we are focused on supporting and engaging in relationships that provide relief and restoration to a hurting world.
Proclaiming the life-changing power of Jesus and making fully devoted followers of him.
We believe in one God who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is unimaginably good and unconditionally loving, and His heart is to heal all that is broken in this world He has created.
God expressed himself fully in Jesus, who is fully God and fully human. He was born of a virgin and lived a sinless life, embodying God’s love for all people and his power to heal. He gave his life for us on the cross, freeing us to experience new life in Him. Now, He reigns at the right hand of the Father and intercedes for us.
The Holy Spirit is given to every follower of Jesus to fill us, adopt us into the family of God and empower us to be like Jesus. He transforms us in character by producing the fruit of the Spirit in us, and He gives us spiritual gifts to enable us to meet the needs of a hurting world.
A free gift from God, salvation is God’s desire for all humanity to be in right relationship with Him. In turning from a self-centered life and turning to God, accepting the work Christ accomplished, one receives new and eternal life.
Comprised of 66 books authored over thousands of years by dozens of authors, the Bible tells one seamless story: a passionate God on a relentless pursuit to redeem His creation. The Bible is the authoritative and inspired Word of God and is trustworthy and reliable for telling us who we are and how to live.
The Church is the community who has put their trust in Jesus Christ. The purpose of the Church is to glorify God, make disciples, make Jesus known to a lost world, and meet the needs of those near and far. We believe that Christians are to act in unity and love. We celebrate baptism as a public declaration of new life in Jesus, and communion as an ongoing remembrance of the sacrifice Jesus made for us on the cross.
We were created in the image of God to have community with Him and represent Him on earth. However, through a willful act of disobedience, we and the world were broken by sin. Jesus, as the full expression of God, came to bring us life in God through his death and resurrection. Jesus’ sacrifice is the only means of our rescue and new life with God is freely available for all who trust in Him.
We live in inexhaustible hope because one day, Jesus will return to be with his church, to set all things right, and reign eternally as king.
At Victory, we invite all people to attend, explore, and participate in taking steps of faith towards Jesus. Questions and doubts are part of a growing faith journey, and we believe that the church community is the best place to wrestle with these as we pursue Jesus together. We do not claim to have all the answers, but we do believe that all the answers can be found in Jesus.
You can park on either side of the building in our parking lot. We recommend parking on the right side of the building (closest to the intersection) if you need to CHECK YOUR CHILDREN INTO VICTORYKIDS.
Our weekly Sunday services start at 9:00am and 10:30am. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so you can grab a coffee and find your seat.
Our services are one hour long.
A countdown will show on the screens to let you know that the service is starting soon. During this we will show some videos letting informing you of what is happening at Victory. We'll sing a few songs, and someone will welcome us. Feel free to fill out the communication card anytime during the service or online. One of our pastors will teach for approximately half an hour. Then we'll sing one more song before the final prayer, and someone will bless us as we are sent out into the lobby. One the way out we have a place to drop off an offering, but please feel no pressure to give! This is simply another form of worship for those who call Victory home.
Our Office Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
We want you to feel comfortable here. Our congregation wears anything from shorts and sandals to their Sunday best. It’s completely up to you!
At Painted Post, we have VictoryKids programming during the 9:00am service. At Elmira we provide it during the 10:30am service. You’ll want to arrive 15 minutes early to sign your children into an age-appropriate VictoryKids program!
